Radio Frequency Design Engineer

About the role

An innovative technology company in Rehovot is seeking a hands‑on Radio Frequency Design Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team. The role focuses on RF circuit design, hardware development, bring‑up, troubleshooting and testing of advanced electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits and hardware for advanced electronic systems.
• Perform RF circuit design, analysis, simulation and testing at 5 GHz and above.
• Participate in hardware bring‑up, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Conduct RF measurements and validation using laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with HW, FPGA, software and other engineering disciplines.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands‑on industry experience in RF hardware/design.
• Proven experience in RF circuit design and testing at 5 GHz and above.
• Experience with ORCAD Schematics Editor.
• Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator) and digital test equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer).

Required skills

• RF circuit design and simulation.
• Use of ORCAD and Allegro PCB editors.
• Operation of VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer.
• Programming in C, C++, Rust and Python.
• MATLAB, FPGA knowledge, radar system familiarity.
