Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will work across R&D, design, procurement and production teams to ensure smooth product launches and maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support product launches and production ramp‑up.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes using quality tools.
• Maintain process documentation, work instructions and training materials.
• Support PT builds, ensuring product quality, yield and cycle times meet targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues during development and transfer phases.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, focusing on product transfer to production.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field; CQE or B.Sc in quality engineering preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities (8D/A3), interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
• Certified internal auditor.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• ERP and PLM system familiarity.
• Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies.
