Programme Controls Manager

About the role

Egis is seeking a senior Programme Controls Manager to lead programme management functions across large infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing a team of project controls professionals and ensuring robust scheduling, cost, and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls professionals covering scheduling, cost, forecasting, estimating, planning, digital strategies, database and document control.
• Write procedures and deliver executive‑level reports such as dashboard charts, construction progress checklists and monthly reports.
• Develop and maintain project controls processes and systems, including initial programme set‑up for large projects.
• Participate in project and contract planning, issuance, scheduling, assessment, change negotiation and claims mitigation/resolution.

Required profile

• Professional engineer with 15+ years of experience on major infrastructure projects, including mass transit.
• Extensive project controls experience in estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
• Strong decision‑making, staff management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple long‑ and short‑term tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering (preferred) and relevant certifications (e.g., PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI‑SP, CST).
