Production Planner – Manufacturing

About the role

Vishay is looking for a Planner to support its Migdal Ha'emek factory. You will ensure that customer demand is met while managing capacity across one or more worldwide production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee customer demand satisfaction within available production capacity.
• Own the end‑to‑end planning for assigned production lines, including loading, order follow‑up, MRB, expedites, samples, and R&D/Engineering requirements.
• Drive business and production planning to achieve divisional KPIs.
• Prepare planning overview reports and manage inventory (WIP and finished goods).
• Conduct periodic stock‑taking, generate reports, handle obsolescence, and support SAP/AS400 initiatives as a key user.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Management, Data Systems, Logistics, Economics or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in planning or logistics.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and service‑oriented attitude.
• Experience in multi‑interface environments is a plus.
