• Conduct UX research, including customer interviews and usability testing, and analyse comparable products.
• Translate feedback into deeper insights about workflow challenges and underlying needs.
• Design end‑to‑end workflows, screens, prototypes and reusable components for complex B2B use cases.
• Balance customer value, business priorities, technical constraints and engineering effort.
• Apply and evolve Jones’s design system while ensuring a consistent, polished product.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to guarantee practical, high‑quality implementation.
• Bring usability considerations into product discovery and continuously improve existing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital products, preferably complex B2B SaaS or workflow‑based applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem solving, interaction design and polished visual execution.
• Experience conducting UX research (customer interviews, usability testing, comparative product research) and turning findings into design solutions.
• Ability to uncover underlying needs behind feedback and translate them into effective product solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and systems‑thinking skills.
