Product Designer – AI‑Native Creative Tools

About the role

Figma is expanding its Weave team in Tel Aviv and is looking for a Product Designer who will shape AI‑native creative tools. You will work at the intersection of generative AI, node‑based workflow editing, and design, helping creators build sophisticated AI‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and decision‑making for the Weave platform.
• Craft clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers.
• Create, iterate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high‑quality features and product improvements.
• Mentor peers and provide thoughtful design feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
• 3+ years working on software products of comparable scale or complexity.
• Experience with node‑based design tools or broader design/development tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.
