Petit Club Coordinator – Early Childhood Care

About the role

As a Petit Club Coordinator at Club Med Resorts you will be the trusted point of contact for families with infants and toddlers. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children from four months to two years can explore, play and develop at their own pace.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents, build confidence and ensure a smooth check‑in process.
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate manual activities, workshops, games, stories and songs.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards throughout the Petit Club and during any resort‑wide excursions.
• Monitor children continuously to guarantee their wellbeing and respond promptly to any incidents.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med’s safety regulations and proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Required profile

• Patient, reassuring demeanor that earns parents’ trust.
• Meticulous attention to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Experience or training in early childhood care, education or a related field.
• Ability to adapt activities to each child’s rhythm and developmental needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of infant and toddler safety regulations.
• Ability to organize and conduct manual and creative activities for young children.
