Performance Creative Designer (Ads)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international portfolio of beauty brands seeking a Performance Creative Designer who lives for conversions. You will work on‑site in Tel Aviv, creating high‑impact ad creatives at scale and iterating quickly based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization at scale.
• Design email visuals and build flows in Klaviyo.
• Run competitor analysis and feed insights back into creative concepts.
• Produce AI‑powered assets using Higgsfield, Google Flow, Nano Banana, and Flux, refining them into performance‑ready designs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of performance marketing design experience.
• Experience with beauty brands is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of ad formats, platform constraints, and conversion‑focused design.
