Order Management Specialist

About the role

Roche is looking for an Order Management Specialist in Hod Hasharon to manage customers' orders end-to-end and provide a high level of service. The role covers the full order-to-invoice process, from order intake through fulfillment and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the order-to-invoice process end-to-end, from initial order intake to fulfillment and billing.
• Optimize the lead time between customer orders and deliveries, inform customers and track the status of open orders and open items from past orders.
• Represent the company in front of customers and coordinate with other departments for an efficient ordering and supply process.
• Handle logistics claims as the first point of contact.
• Propose actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on orders and deliveries.
• Support specific invoice processes for end customers in coordination with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in ordering and delivery management or customer relations.
• Experience in the Israel diagnostics, medical devices or pharma markets is a plus.
• High-level fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, agile mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Good skills in Microsoft Office.
