Operations and Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, hands‑on Operations & Employee Experience Specialist to be the beating heart of our office. You will blend day‑to‑day office management with a genuine passion for building a warm, inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full employee experience, including onboarding, company events, gifts, celebrations, and milestone recognitions.
• Plan and execute holidays, birthdays, and other cultural initiatives to strengthen employee connection.
• Manage daily office operations: supplies, kitchen stock, parking, cleaning services, and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
• Book and coordinate travel arrangements for employees and senior leadership.
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize commitments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a sole Office Manager or Employee Experience lead in a startup environment.
• Proactive, independent, and self‑driven with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask across diverse responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with international or global companies is a plus.
