Offerwall Business Development Manager (Remote – Israel)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our Offerwall and Rewarded ad initiatives. Based in the Tel Aviv area, you will use your local adtech network to attract top mobile publishers and advertisers, driving revenue growth for our global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and sign mobile app developers, gaming studios, and reward platforms to integrate our Offerwall SDK and S2S API.
• Collaborate with technical account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and optimize yield through traffic metric analysis.
• Build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and monetization leads across Israel’s gaming and adtech ecosystem.
• Acquire direct mobile advertisers and performance marketing agencies, managing campaigns to maximize ROI and secure long‑term spend commitments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, representing the company at industry events in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in mobile adtech, offerwall platforms, programmatic monetization, mobile gaming, or performance marketing.
• Strong existing network with Israeli mobile app developers, casual game studios, and publisher monetization leads.
• Proven ability to close deals with C‑level stakeholders and manage long‑term partnerships.
