Monetization Marketing Designer

About the role

RealPlay LTD is seeking a Monetization Marketing Designer to join its fast‑growing gaming studio. You will create eye‑catching visual assets that enhance both in‑game experiences and the brand’s external presence, helping to drive player engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets for in‑game content, promotional campaigns, and branding.
• Create logos, icons, UI elements, typography, and other graphic materials that align with the RealPlay visual language.
• Maintain consistency of style across all platforms and products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, marketing, and development—to deliver high‑quality visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using AI tools to generate visual elements within brand standards.
