Medical Scientific Liaison – Immunology

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) acts as a scientific ambassador for Novartis in Israel, fostering peer‑to‑peer exchange with healthcare professionals and medical experts in immunology. This hybrid, field‑based position supports evidence‑based decision making and informs medical strategy through high‑quality insight generation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with therapeutic area priorities, identifying key accounts and evidence gaps.
• Conduct unbiased, evidence‑based scientific exchange with HCPs and MEs, sharing up‑to‑date medical information and clinical data.
• Collect, synthesize, and communicate actionable external insights to shape local and regional medical strategy.
• Support evidence generation by qualifying study sites and facilitating communication between sites and internal teams.
• Build and maintain partnerships with medical experts, scientific societies, and academic institutions.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, DVM, DMD, PhD) or equivalent.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, planning, and territory‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
