Medical Representative – Renal Disease Area Specialist

About the role

Novartis Israel is seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to act as a Disease Area Specialist for renal therapeutics. You will partner with healthcare professionals to drive growth, deliver value‑based experiences and support the adoption of innovative renal medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by tailoring and orchestrating multi‑channel engagement journeys for target HCPs.
• Build sustained collaborations with HCPs, delivering memorable, customer‑centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation.
• Leverage data sources to prioritize territory, accounts and interaction plans, adjusting them dynamically.
• Share customer insights with internal partners to shape product‑related content, campaigns and interaction strategies.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Act with integrity, treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully.

Required profile

• Life sciences degree.
• 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative, product specialist, nurse or research coordinator working with hospitals and research centers.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of strategic marketing, product commercialization processes and sales.
• Data‑oriented mindset and digital savviness.
