Medical Representative / Disease Area Specialist (Renal)

About the role

Novartis Israel is seeking a dynamic Medical Representative / Disease Area Specialist focused on the renal therapeutic area. Based in the northern region of Israel, you will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, driving customer engagement and sales growth while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by personalising and orchestrating customer engagement journeys for target HCPs.
• Build sustained collaborations with HCPs to deliver value‑added experiences beyond clinical differentiation.
• Leverage data sources to dynamically prioritise territory, account and interaction plans.
• Share customer insights with internal partners to shape product‑related content, campaigns and interaction strategies.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Act with integrity, transparency and respect in all customer and colleague interactions.

Required profile

• Life sciences degree.
• 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative, product specialist, nurse or research coordinator in pharma, medical devices, animal health or related fields.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of strategic marketing, product commercialisation and sales processes.
• Data‑oriented mindset and digital savviness.
