Medical Doctor – Clinical AI Startup

About the role

We are a Clinical AI startup seeking a physician with a strong technical background to join our core team. The role will have direct influence over product design and direction, working at the intersection of medicine and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI‑driven clinical features.
• Build prototypes, write code, and test generative AI models.
• Provide clinical expertise while acting as a builder, turning ideas into functional products.
• Leverage generative AI tools and coding agents to accelerate development.
• Operate independently in the fast‑moving, uncertain environment of an early‑stage company.

Required profile

• Medical degree with hands‑on experience in health systems.
• Full‑time (or near real‑time) availability.
• Comfortable working under the uncertainty of a startup.
• Prior startup experience or involvement in building a digital health product is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on programming experience (e.g., Python or similar).
• Regular use of generative AI tools and coding agents.
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
