Material Planner

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for a Material Planner in Migdal Ha-emek. The role covers material demand analysis, MRP requirements and production order planning, working closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering and Purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine material demand, generate MRP requirements and provide forecasts to suppliers.
• Monitor and control material availability to support on-time product builds.
• Drive material flow from strategic forecasting through tool shipment.
• Plan production orders for Manufacturing, considering product demand, material availability and production capacity.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering and Purchasing teams.
• Analyze supply and demand trends (internal and external) and generate reports to support business decisions.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field; alternatively a B.A. with at least 2 years of planning experience.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to drive challenging tasks independently.
