Marketing Video Artist (Motion Designer)

About the role

Voodoo’s Growth team is looking for a creative Marketing Video Artist to join Beach Bum, a fast‑growing casual gaming studio. You will work closely with the User Acquisition team to produce eye‑catching video and motion‑graphics content that drives brand awareness and player acquisition across social, paid, and out‑of‑home channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for video and motion graphics.
• Create original video assets for social media, online advertising, and OOH campaigns.
• Iterate on existing content by testing performance metrics and optimizing based on data.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh video concepts.
• Research emerging trends in video marketing, storytelling, and mobile gaming.
• Benchmark competitor creative, experiment with new ideas, and stay current with design trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a “hacker” attitude toward problem‑solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or motion graphics.
