Marketing Graphic Designer

About the role

HT VET is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who can turn raw veterinary content into high‑impact creative assets at speed and scale. You will work across static ads, short videos, organic social, website visuals and event materials, always guided by performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Create performance‑driven static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn in all required ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with hooks, headlines and image variations.
• Edit testimonial and clinic footage into 15‑30 second videos, add captions, hooks and safe‑zone formatting for Reels and TikTok.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Firefly, Kling, etc.) to generate rapid image, video and voice variations while knowing when to use real footage.
• Produce organic social posts, carousels and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, including reusable templates.
• Design website banners, landing‑page visuals, email graphics in HubSpot, and event collateral such as booth graphics and webinar screens.
• Review weekly performance metrics (click‑through rate, cost per lead) and iterate creative assets accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong visual design eye—typography, hierarchy, colour and composition.
• Solid experience with at least one design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma) and basic video editing skills.
• Comfortable writing clear English copy for US and UK veterinary audiences.
• Fast, flexible and able to produce multiple variations without getting attached to a single version.
• Organised file‑naming and version‑control practices.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience or a compelling portfolio.
