Marketing Designer

About the role

Frame is building AI‑native security solutions and seeks a Marketing Designer to craft visual assets that communicate the company’s story to enterprise buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Design sales decks, one‑pagers, proposals, case studies, event collateral, and other marketing materials that make enterprise buyers take Frame seriously.
• Own the visual layer of the go‑to‑market motion, including website pages, campaign assets, LinkedIn creatives, email designs, and conference experiences.
• Build a repeatable design infrastructure—templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines—to enable sales, marketing, and product teams to ship on‑brand work efficiently.
• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate the design cycle and productize successful workflows for broader team use.
• Partner with R&D, marketing, and product design on UI work where the product meets the brand.
• Evolve and defend the Frame brand at scale, ensuring consistency across all surfaces and delivering compelling experiences for audiences and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS, an agency, or an in‑house brand team, with a portfolio that shows range across decks, print, web, and digital.
• Strong typography, layout, and information‑design instincts; ability to turn dense technical stories into clear, beautiful visuals.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and speed—self‑starter who scopes, ships, and iterates without heavy process.

Required skills

• Mastery of Figma.
• Fluency with Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven design and content tools.
• Experience creating templates, component libraries, and brand systems.
• Bonus: motion design and Webflow.
