Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury & Insurance Law

About the role

Our professional law firm in Ness Ziona is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will manage personal injury and insurance law cases independently, from initial intake through to final resolution, working closely with clients and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury and insurance claims independently.
• Draft legal documents, damage assessments, and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and represent clients in court hearings.
• Appear in court, attend evidence hearings, and represent clients before committees.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex litigation strategies.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Israel.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in personal injury and insurance law.
• Ability to manage cases autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with loss of earning capacity, pension/disability policies, liability claims, or National Insurance claims is a plus.
