Legal Operations Manager (Tel Aviv)

About the role

Twine, a fast‑growing cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle. You will ensure agreements move smoothly through intake, review, execution, and filing while continuously improving the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, triage, routing to external counsel, tracking, signature, filing and post‑execution follow‑up.
• Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks and legal tech configurations.
• Keep the contract tracker and reporting dashboards accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support compliance, customer security reviews and privacy/DPA assessments.
• Leverage AI and legal‑tech tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney admitted to the Israel Bar with at least 2 years of in‑house or law‑firm experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial SaaS agreements (NDAs, order forms, MSAs).
• Proactive executor who chases deadlines, escalates blockers and drives agreements to completion.
• Highly organized, systematic and comfortable with trackers and reporting.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, direct, discreet and calm under pressure.
• Privacy or DPA experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for legal workflows.
• Experience using legal‑tech platforms (e.g., contract management systems).
