Legal Associate – Project Finance & Infrastructure

About the role

The Associate will join a small, high‑performing team at Alon Ziv & Co., a boutique law firm in Tel Aviv, providing legal support on project finance, infrastructure, energy, banking and complex commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including finance, security, project and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal and commercial research and prepare client memoranda and opinions.
• Assist in the execution of sophisticated domestic and cross‑border deals.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties and external advisors, managing deal timelines.
• Support business development initiatives through thought‑leadership and client‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in commercial, corporate, banking or project finance law.
• LL.B. (or equivalent) from a recognized law faculty and admission to the Israel Bar.
• Prior experience at a leading law firm is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in project finance, infrastructure, energy or cross‑border transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work under time pressure and maintain high professional standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; high‑level Hebrew preferred.
