About the role

Flashy is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps brands automate marketing, eCommerce and retail experiences. We are looking for a junior‑level Sales Manager to join our remote team and drive outbound sales, manage the sales pipeline and expand relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

Proactively reach out to potential customers, understand their needs and qualify them for Flashy’s solution.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through conversations, objection handling, and closing.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with current accounts.
Work toward defined sales targets in a 100 % sales‑focused environment.

Required profile

Previous experience in sales, SDR or a similar role.
Strong motivation to learn, develop and succeed in a SaaS/eCommerce context.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead sales conversations.
Willingness to proactively contact potential customers.
