Junior Project Manager – Product Team

About the role

A global consumer company is expanding its product team and seeks a highly motivated Junior Project Manager. This role offers a great opportunity to build a long‑term career in product and project management, working closely with Product Managers to drive cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and manage small‑scale projects across various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Assist Product Managers in driving execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely milestone deliveries.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to maintain seamless execution and alignment.
• Manage and maintain product SKUs and essential product data for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify workflow improvements, implement new methodologies, and drive infrastructure initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
• Create and organize clear project documentation, follow up on action items, and ensure up‑to‑date tracking.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, PMO, Operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, proactive “hands‑on” mindset, and the drive to take independent ownership.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Monday.com or similar project‑management tools.
