Junior Data Analyst - Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates with a strong analytical mindset to start their career as Data & BI Analysts. The position begins with a free, intensive training programme covering SQL, Power BI and AI for Business Intelligence, followed by placement in a full‑time data role at a partner company.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a hands‑on training curriculum focused on data extraction, transformation and visualization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to retrieve business‑critical data.
• Apply AI techniques to enhance data insights and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on real‑world BI projects from planning to execution.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BA/BSc) with an average of 80 % or higher in Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Basic familiarity with SQL (a plus) and a keen interest in data and business intelligence.
• No prior professional experience required; motivation and potential are essential.
