IT System Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join a leading technology company. The role focuses on managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across on-premise, virtual and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise hybrid-cloud and core server infrastructures.
• Ensure system availability, performance and security for physical, virtual and cloud workloads.
• Lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex issues and drive automation initiatives.
• Oversee backup and disaster-recovery solutions for critical data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer.
• Proven experience managing large-scale server environments.
• Strong background with both Windows and Linux server platforms.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
• Practical scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash for automation.
