IT Endpoint Technologies Specialist

About the role

Strauss is looking for an IT Endpoint Technologies Specialist to join its digital workplace team. You will be responsible for delivering Tier 2 support for a wide range of endpoint devices and ensuring a seamless experience for thousands of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint technologies and end‑user devices.
• Manage and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration equipment.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and maintain standardized configurations.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle, inventory, and escalated support tickets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Knowledge of cloud environments is an advantage.
