Help Desk Technician – IT Support

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑oriented Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. You will deliver fast, effective and friendly assistance to employees, both on‑site and remotely, ensuring a great user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for end users via on‑site visits, phone and remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software and system issues, including laptops, workstations, peripherals and office equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access using Active Directory.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Install, configure, repair, replace and reinstall hardware components as needed.
• Identify and address antivirus‑related problems.
• Document issues, solutions and procedures clearly.
• Deliver service with a customer‑first mindset, suggesting alternative solutions and taking ownership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Help Desk or IT Support Technician in a global environment.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• High level of English, both verbal and written.
• Nice to have: Certified PC Technician or Microsoft certifications.
