Head of Operations

About the role

Adge, an AI‑driven creative platform within Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Head of Operations to design and scale the company’s operating model. This senior, hands‑on position will own day‑to‑day business processes, lead a small team, and partner closely with product to turn operational work into repeatable, automated systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain SOPs and operating models that are trusted and actively used across the organization.
• Identify manual workflows and drive automation or product‑based solutions, providing measurable evidence of impact.
• Lead a small team of builders, fostering a low‑ego, high‑ownership culture.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor partners to translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ensure the marketplace team meets capacity and quality targets without constant oversight.
• Increase the CEO’s strategic bandwidth by taking ownership of operational execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience building operations from the ground up in fast‑moving, early‑stage companies (0‑1 or early‑scale).
• Strong systems thinking: can map decisions, artifacts, approvals, and metrics.
• Ability to distinguish between product features, process improvements, and data inputs, and to articulate requirements clearly.
• Effective people manager who mentors builders and drives results.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with commercial acumen.
