Head of Compliance

About the role

Telit Cinterion is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead its global compliance strategy. You will be responsible for embedding ethics, regulatory, and risk‑management programs across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with senior leadership to foster a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global compliance function and strategy.
• Design, implement and continuously improve compliance policies, procedures and controls worldwide.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on regulatory matters affecting global operations.
• Oversee risk assessments, investigations, monitoring and remediation activities.
• Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, IT Security, Product, Operations, Sales and other functions to integrate compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on emerging compliance risks.
• Promote a strong culture of ethics, integrity and accountability.
• Manage relationships with external advisers.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice law in Israel.
• Either a minimum of 2 years as Head of Compliance in a global company, or 5 years leading global compliance programs in a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and cross‑border operations, especially in the EU, UK, US, LATAM and APAC regions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and drive projects to completion.
• Strong leadership, commercial mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
