Hardware Lab Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled, hands‑on Hardware Lab Technician to join our Jerusalem team. You will be responsible for board bring‑up, debugging, design validation, and hardware verification while working closely with engineering groups.

Key responsibilities

• Perform board bring‑up, hardware debugging, and design validation for new board designs.
• Conduct component‑level troubleshooting, board repair, and thorough root‑cause analysis of failures.
• Operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and soldering stations.
• Interpret board schematics, layout diagrams, and technical documentation to diagnose issues.
• Provide technical hardware support for customer boards and integrated AV systems testing.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a hardware lab or electronics environment.
• Proven soldering and component rework skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Strong independent troubleshooting capability.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
