About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Guest Relation Agent and become the friendly face that ensures every guest feels welcome, cared for, and eager to return. You will work in a vibrant resort environment, assisting international visitors and supporting the Front Desk team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor guest stays and proactively address any needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide on‑site assistance such as translation, local information, and personalized recommendations.
• Support Front Desk operations when required to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Suggest sales‑driving ideas to the manager and report any service issues or guest complaints with actionable solutions.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Helpful, attentive, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with international guests.
• Fluent in at least two languages.
