Founding Product Designer & Manager (UX/UI Lead)

About the role

We are seeking a founding Product Designer & Manager to shape the next evolution of MANNA, a recipe and cooking platform that is expanding into a social food experience. This hands‑on role blends product strategy, user experience, and visual design, working closely with the founder and engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Define product priorities and translate them into clear, actionable features.
• Design and refine user flows for the mobile app, from onboarding to retention.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Use user feedback and product data to spot friction points and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers to move concepts to implementation.
• Maintain a consistent design language as the product becomes more social.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in product design, UX/UI, or a hybrid product role.
• Proven ability to work independently in an early‑stage environment.
• Good product judgment and prioritisation skills.
• Interest in building a long‑term company and product.

• Figma for creating polished interfaces.
