Fintech & Financial Regulation Attorney

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its dedicated fintech and financial regulation practice. The successful candidate will provide high‑level legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, payment providers and fintech innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing legal advice to banks, investment firms, insurers, payment companies and both local and international fintech organisations.
• Guide clients through financial and institutional regulations, licensing processes, legislative procedures and representation before regulators.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements related to banking, finance and fintech operations.
• Advise on compliance matters including anti‑money laundering (AML), data privacy, consumer protection and broader regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in regulator interactions and assist with regulatory filings and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑qualification experience as an attorney.
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) – mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in financial regulation or litigation.
• Graduated from a leading academic institution.
