Field IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field IT Technician to join our team in Omer. You will provide on‑site technical support for a range of endpoint devices and ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues with computers, printers, scanners, monitors and other endpoint equipment.
• Troubleshoot communication and network problems, including TCP/IP and remote access.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Work with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Office and IP telephony systems.
• Handle information‑security incidents and support organizational systems.
• Independently manage tasks and small projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Technician in a medium‑size or larger organization.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, remote access tools and information security.
• Familiarity with IP telephony, Windows and Office environments.
• Experience supporting AS400 environments.
• Availability to work Sunday through Thursday mornings.
