About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join a leading technology services company in Petah Tikva. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, partnering with both private and government clients. Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and engage candidates through social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and professional assessments.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey.
• Present qualified candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with clients across private and government sectors to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, target‑driven environment.
• Strong motivation to grow professionally.
