Environmental Compliance Manager

About the role

AudioCodes is looking for an experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to lead its global environmental compliance, sustainability and ESG initiatives. You will act as the central point of contact for all environmental and ESG matters across the organization and with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage product environmental compliance programs, including REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries Regulation, Packaging EPR, SCIP, POPs and Conflict Minerals.
• Support sustainability reporting, ESG questionnaires, EcoVadis assessments, CDP reporting and GHG accounting.
• Serve as the focal point for customers, suppliers, auditors and regulators on environmental and ESG issues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, Finance and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, ESG or related regulatory roles within a multinational company.
• Proven experience as the primary contact for environmental compliance and ESG requests.
• Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations and product compliance requirements.

Required skills

• ISO 14001, ISO 9001 (mandatory) and ISO 45001 (advantage).
• Auditor qualification or practical experience conducting ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 audits.
• Expertise in REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries Regulation, Packaging EPR, SCIP, POPs and Conflict Minerals.
• Hands‑on experience with ESG reporting, sustainability questionnaires, EcoVadis assessments, CDP reporting and GHG accounting.
