About the role
Speak Up is seeking enthusiastic English teachers to work with children aged 6‑11 in Tirat Carmel. The role focuses on afternoon sessions in small groups, helping kids build confidence in spoken English through engaging, interactive lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English to children aged 6‑11 in small groups of 6‑8.
- Deliver fun, communicative lessons that build spoken confidence.
- Apply Speak Up’s methodology while adding personal creativity.
Required profile
- Fluent English (native or near‑native).
- Conversational Hebrew.
- Available 10‑20 hours per week, afternoons (12:45‑18:00).
- Strong communication and a warm classroom presence.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
- Basic Hebrew speaking ability.
What we offer
- Flexible part‑time schedule.
- Competitive pay: 85‑110 ₪ for a 60‑minute group lesson or 76‑92 ₪ for a 45‑minute lesson.
