Engineering Project Manager

About the role

DRS RADA is looking for a motivated Engineering Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate engineering, R&D, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely execution of radar system development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects and cross‑functional execution activities from planning through completion.
• Build, maintain and track detailed work plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, manage risks, issues and critical paths, and drive project meetings and reviews.
• Provide accurate status dashboards, management reporting and escalate significant risks or resource constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, coordination or PMO activities within a technological environment.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership, proactive attitude and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Experience building and managing Gantt‑based work plans using project‑management tools.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
