Director of Product Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product and design teams and shape the strategy for our enterprise SaaS platform. This senior role combines strategic vision, organizational leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver products that drive growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Build and scale the product organization, establishing best practices, processes, and a strong product culture.
• Own the performance of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive business outcomes.
• Drive product discovery, customer research, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant work in enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing product managers and multidisciplinary product teams.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy for enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and product discovery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and data‑driven decision making.
