Data Operations Team Lead (Armis/Veza)

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Data Operations Team Lead for its Armis and Veza teams in Tel Aviv. Armis protects the entire attack surface and manages cyber risk exposure in real time, while Veza provides identity security. The Data Engagement team connects GTM and R&D/Product organizations, running customer and prospect data initiatives with internal tools and driving product improvements from the patterns and issues analysts find in their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the team's initiatives, making sure they are properly resourced, tracked and delivered within required timeframes.
• Prioritize data resources across company-wide efforts, working closely with stakeholders in R&D, Product, Customer Success and Sales.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled analysts.
• Build strong partnerships with Product and Customer Success leaders, acting as their trusted data advisor to help achieve shared business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a team lead in Data Operations, PMO, Technical Delivery Management or Product Analytics at a tech company (cyber security is a plus).
• Experience leading or working with a team of data analysts is a plus; prior experience as a data analyst is also a plus.
• SaaS/B2B company experience is a significant advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal, is required.
