About the role

We are seeking a service‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, technology‑driven team in Petah Tikva. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, creating service tickets, and ensuring customers receive efficient, high‑quality support throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Open and document service tickets in the company’s system.
• Investigate issues, gather necessary information, and perform initial assessments.
• Route requests to the appropriate professional teams.
• Follow up on service requests until resolution.
• Deliver professional, efficient, and high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in a customer service call‑center environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage complex conversations.
• Excellent investigative, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
