Creative & Brand Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Creative & Brand Design Lead to shape Factify’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints. As the first designer on the marketing team, you will own the brand system and translate complex AI concepts into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Factify’s brand system, ensuring consistency across website, campaigns, events, sales materials, social, and executive communications.
• Maintain design standards, component libraries, templates, illustration styles, iconography, motion principles, and typography.
• Translate business strategy into visual concepts that simplify technical ideas.
• Design integrated campaigns including landing pages, research reports, paid and organic social, LinkedIn content, sales assets, emails, webinars, event branding, and customer stories.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to turn messaging into visual storytelling.
• Create growth‑focused assets such as conversion‑optimized landing pages, deal‑winning sales collateral, and high‑performing ABM creative.
• Leverage AI tools for concept generation, image creation, motion, and iterative design while balancing human craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 6+ years of design experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, digital marketing, campaigns, web, presentations, and product marketing.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, hierarchy, interaction, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working in fast‑moving startups or high‑growth environments.
• Creative thinker who generates ideas and understands how design communicates strategy.
• Systems builder capable of creating scalable design systems.
• Business‑minded and detail‑obsessed, recognizing design’s impact on awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborative with a builder mentality, open to feedback and capable of starting projects from scratch.
• Fluent with AI‑enhanced creative workflows.
