Corporate Controller

About the role

Mobileye is seeking an experienced finance leader to own global financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance. This high‑visibility position will drive quarterly and annual close processes, oversee statutory and tax reporting, and ensure accounting excellence across worldwide subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall quarterly and annual closing and consolidation process.
• Prepare annual solo reports, tax reports, and support incentive plans.
• Oversee global and domestic subsidiaries to enforce consistent accounting policies, closing procedures, and internal controls in line with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Lead the preparation of SEC filings (10‑Q, 10‑K) and related press releases.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardisation of accounting and reporting processes.
• Identify, assess, and implement new accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to set and enforce policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage and develop the corporate and reporting team, including prioritisation, coaching, and deliverable review.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in corporate accounting for a public company.
• Proven experience managing a controlling/reporting team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA qualification (Big 4 background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational ability to handle multiple competing tasks.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP (or similar) proficiency.
• US GAAP expertise.
• SEC reporting (10‑Q, 10‑K) knowledge.
