About the role

WXG Group, Israel’s leading infrastructure and construction firm, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee engineering components on large‑scale national projects. The role involves managing execution phases, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and applying the company’s project‑management methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all engineering components during the execution phase of mega‑projects.
• Control project schedules and monitor budget performance.
• Apply WXG Group’s project‑management methodology to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate on‑site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Required profile

• Registered Civil Engineer (mandatory).
• Minimum two years of experience in construction execution or supervision.
• Strong management ability, commitment, and capacity to prioritize tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills and high motivation.
