Commercial Legal Counsel

About the role

Elbit Systems seeks an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join its legal team at the Rehovot site. You will provide legal support for complex commercial transactions both in Israel and internationally, ensuring that agreements align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, consulting, development, technology, and cooperation contracts.
• Support business units throughout all stages of commercial engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to deliver practical, business‑oriented legal solutions.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree from a recognized academic institution.
• 4–8 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm or as an in‑house counsel in a technology, industrial, or international company.
• Strong commercial orientation, sound judgment, and a pragmatic approach to legal matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a dynamic setting.
