About the role

Join Dover Medical & Scientific as a Clinical Support Specialist for the daVinci surgical robot, the most advanced system worldwide. You will work directly with hospitals across Israel, training surgical teams and supporting the implementation of this cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

Train surgical teams on the daVinci robotic system.
Lead implementation processes of surgical robots in hospitals across Israel.
Collaborate with leading surgeons and senior medical professionals.
Support the sales team with product training and onboarding in hospitals.

Required profile

Experience delivering in‑person training for technological systems or products.
Hands‑on experience with advanced technology in the medical/healthcare field (strong advantage).
Strong persuasion skills and ability to manage processes with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Self‑motivated with strong learning abilities.
Service‑oriented mindset.
Fluent English.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
