Clinical Research Nurse – Homecare (Part‑time)

About the role

Lev Nursing is seeking a part‑time Clinical Research Nurse to deliver home‑based care for participants enrolled in clinical studies. Based in Be'er Sheva, you will work on‑site, providing safe, evidence‑based nursing care directly in patients' homes while supporting research objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, administer study treatments, and monitor side‑effects according to protocol.
• Coordinate home visits, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure timely data capture.
• Document clinical data accurately in electronic medical records and maintain source documentation.
• Communicate findings and observations to multidisciplinary research and medical teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety measures, and study procedures.
• Uphold high standards of safety, ethics, and protocol compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical and research processes.

Required profile

• Strong clinical background in nursing (or medicine) with a valid nursing license.
• Experience or interest in pediatric nursing, especially for complex treatments.
• Proven competence in research activities such as data collection and documentation.
• Current, valid Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
• Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols in a home‑care setting.
• Prior home‑care or community‑nursing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive, patient‑centered approach.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of independent field work.
