Business Development Manager – Israel Market

About the role

XTEND is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead defense sales efforts in the Israel market. You will drive customer adoption of XTEND's tactical drone hardware and software solutions, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impactful product demos and presentations customized to customer needs.
• Define and design integrated solutions that combine XTEND technology with client infrastructure.
• Lead PoCs, simulations, and trials to showcase value and address specific challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Operations, and Program Managers to capture growth opportunities.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to align solutions with customer goals.
• Prepare technical content and proposals for RFPs, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development experience, preferably in the defense industry.
• Strong background in robotics, drones, and autonomy (hardware and software).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
